Hi, I'm Yolanda. I've been a nurse for over 30 years; an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in NYC for 6 years and an RN (Registered Nurse) for 26 years with experience both in NYC and in Central Florida in the areas of Maternity, Psychiatry and Fitness Training for Women.
My degrees are in Nursing and Physical Education, and I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Childbirth Educator.

As a Nurse, Wife and Mother of 4, I come to you with a wide range of experiences, both from my personal deliveries and my professional exposure.
As you prepare your body, heart and mind for this journey, you will be empowered to succeed through the services offered by Prepared Motherhood.

Hi, my name is Jessica. I became a nurse in 2013, working in the NICU, helping mamas care for their infants and breastfeed. While in the NICU, I obtained my Certified Breastfeeding Counselor certificate and maintained it throughout 2022.
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of mamas with their breastfeeding goals, and watching them reach them has been a pleasure. In 2021 I gave birth to my miracle baby, and I decided to stay home because I wanted to have the breastfeeding journey I have always pictured. Here I am, 18 months later, still exclusively breastfeeding my daughter.
In 2022, I had the opportunity to sit for the Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Exam, and I passed! It is a dream that I obtain my IBCLC license after all these years. It will be my pleasure and honor to help you and your family and whatever your breastfeeding goals look like.
